The Azure dashboard keeps telemetry in memory, so it shows recent activity only.

Try it

  1. Sign in to the app and open Digest.
  2. Paste https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prompt_injection and select Save.
  3. The card shows Pending, then Summarized with three bullets, tags and a reading time. The page refreshes itself while a link is pending.
  4. Paste https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Read-later. Wikipedia has no such page, so the card shows Failed with "The page wasn't found."

Every saved link is one trace, from the button click to the database update.

  1. Open the dashboard and select Traces.

  2. Select the web: POST /links row. Its Spans column lists web, digest and summarizer.

  3. The trace reads top to bottom in the order things happened:

  4. To see the logs for that trace, open the ... menu on any span and select Structured logs.

Structured logs

Structured logs lists every log entry as fields. Filter by resource (web or summarizer), level, or a field such as LinkId.

Metrics
